Finance is available on new holiday homes with deposits from 20% and up to 7 years to pay. Sorry, but finance is not available on previously owned holiday homes.

Running Costs

The annual Pitch Fee for 2009 will be £2525 plus VAT.

The annual Services Bill, which includes rates, water, drainage and refuse, was £320 in 2008.

Insurance costs approximately £12 per £1000 of cover, including IPT.

Calor Gas cylinders currently £52.09 for 47kg including delivery and VAT.

Electricity approx 10p per unit.
